Behavioural insight can be a game changer in the workplace.

The Extended DISC profile is a research-based online assessment that helps you understand your natural style - how you communicate, make decisions, respond to pressure, and interact with others.

 

Importantly, it also shows how you feel you need to adapt your natural style so you can be effective with different people and in different situations.

Behavioural profiling is about giving you clear and practical insight into:

  • how you prefer to communicate

  • what energises you (and what drains you) at work

  • how others may perceive your approach

  • how to adapt your style to influence, lead and collaborate more effectively

  • how to work more effectively with people who are wired very differently to you
     

With a comprehensive debrief, and used alongside coaching, the profile becomes more than a report. It becomes a tool you can apply immediately, both 'in the moment' at work and for reflection on your performance. It can also help leaders understand how to work most effectively with their teams.
