With almost 20 years in human resources and organisational development, director Alice Hornby partners with clients to turn reflection into growth. Through coaching, behavioural insight and strategic human resources consulting, our aim is to bring clarity to challenges, align effort with purpose and help people move forward with confidence and intention.
